Reservations are completed with our booking partner, which processes cancellations, changes, and refunds. TakeOffPark does not take payment and cannot cancel or refund a reservation on your behalf.

Check the policy before you pay

Many lots offer free cancellation, but cancellation windows and fees vary by lot. The policy that applies to your reservation is shown on the booking page before you pay.

No-shows and disruptions

Rules for no-shows, late cancellations, and flight disruptions are set by our booking partner and the parking facility under the policy shown when you booked.

Refunds
